I am trying to figure out why some boards are lacking that "new topic" button is missing on some boards.
As for the avatar, how are you trying to set it? External URL? Upload a local file?

And for the user-friendly-ness, anything specific you are struggling with / any suggestions?

EDIT: Fixed the permissions thing, the buttons should be there now!
EDIT2: Setting avatar is working now, had to do some certain internal changes. (so you will have to re-upload the avatar)

However I could change the size for all embeded vids, you think the current size is too big?

so with [youtube width=x height=y]{youtube link}[/youtube] you can manually specify the width/height. My guess (you'd have to try out) is that if you omit either the height or the width it'll auto-scale to fit the proportion.

Shouldn't be too hard to at the least implement multiple sizes to embed with. Could be be specified as a parameter in the embedding BBcode I imagine, but I haven't taken a close look at it.

Bad bug: when you go to the model database, it will either take you to the knex computer case instruction, or it won't do anything for the other two options...
