I've just sat through your complete video and now it's comment time. That means I'm going to watch it again ;)

1. The sheer size of that thing, wow.
2. Great explenatory shot with the colour/black & white to indicate networks. > Immediate tip: If you make photo's that you know will be used in your video: Use the 16:9 ratio and not 4:3 or 3:2. This will avoid the black fields around the picture when it's in the video.
3. 0:52 the first cool music track starts. Makes me happy!
4. 1:56 holy shit that rotating lift. Well thought out and one of it's kind I'd say. Cool music continues btw.
5. 2:27 I see that another person figured out you can attach 2 rod ends with a y-clip. You'll see it back in a future model of me.
6. 2:37 Small detail: Love how the ball spins
7.  Q: 3:31 where does that ball come from? Nice that you've implemented a path ON THAT SAME ROTATING LIFT o.O
8. 3:42: K'nex Big Ball Factory booklet! woo
9: Q: 4:10 Did you buy extra panels for that path or did you have them laying around?
10: 4:34 Use my universal joint! It's more compact, haha. Second good piece of music, btw. Reminds me of Daft Punk.
11. 6:29 The moment I saw it: "Whaat! he used a clover leaf looping thing!?" Amazing, seems to fail pick up balls sometimes, tho.
12. 7:46 Q1: How do you get the chain so tight? Q2: What is that K-Force trigger doing there?
13. 8:07 Music flaw: similar piece starts again and stops after a few seconds. Third music piece I like less.
14. 9:51 Cool switching mechanism between lifts! works very well I believe!
15. 10:38 a moving loop! who thought of that!
16. 11:05 Nice in-between shot of the machine working.
17. 11:19 :O other balls and the Big Air! Q: How does he do that? Is it a separate network? (question will be answered) #Music!
18. 16:03 Seems a simple thing to do, but may be harder than it seems
19. 16:14 Random Roaring Basilisk head!
20. 22:00 Cool extra use of this ferris wheel!
21: 22:43 and question #17 answered!

Great machine! You may very well be proud of it :)

First of all, thank you for all the feedback.

4. Yeah, indeed i built one previously, then made 2 more prototypes before committing to the design -> it is clever because it uses just one motor :D
7. it drops down from the platform onto the rotating lift, then through it, and through the structure. It was hard to film!
9. Do you mean the yellow triangle things - if so i purchased them from knex user groups at 1p each :D (thinking they would have some use)
10. Yes, will do in future!
11. Yes, it has to have one behind it to push it up against the lifting mechanism.
12. Blue spacers and luck - and the kforce is just in shot for some reason, was just to place to put it!
14. It locks a differential which causes the lift to turn, otherwise, the open diff will take the path of least resistance and not turn the lift.
15. Me! I have a previous version in my machine X
17. They share some paths.
18. It uses a rubber band to ensure all of the exit path is taught. It serves a very useful purpose in that it tells me if the tower is still perfectly straight (otherwise it wont work)!
19. It was stuck on the tower but fell off during filming!

Hope that answers your questions :D
