Piece Efficient Elements
« on: December 03, 2016, 07:12:46 am »
I'm nearly finished a ball machine and I'm running low on pieces. I've ran out of yellow connectors and grey rods (and nearly ran out of red rods).

What are some piece efficient elements? I need to build a path that goes the length of 5 red rods, and a lift that goes the height of 2 red rods. Any suggestions?

Lift suggestions:

Maybe a quarter arm lift? There are tons of variations of them, and I bet there are some that use very few pieces, and if there aren't you can make your own version!

Some sort of wheel lift? Maybe the "wheel lift with holes" by knextreme, or something like Sandro's Wheel lift.

Those are all the piece efficient lifts I can think of at the moment; If I can think of more I'll add them here.

Element ideas: I'll need more information, such as how tall the machine is, how far down you'd like the element to go, and how far down the path has to go (you already posted the length so you don't need to tell me that).

Good luck! Sorry if this is coming a little late...like over a month after you asked it... :(
